Terms & Conditions

Vamaris provides AI training, risk awareness education, and governance resources designed for small to midsize businesses. Programs may include:

• Employee training modules
• Policy templates
• Risk assessment tools
• Incident reporting templates
• Administrative onboarding support

Programs are sold as one-time purchases that include a defined access period (up to 6 months or up to 12 months from activation). Employees may train at their own pace within the access period.

• All packages are one-time payments, due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• No recurring billing will occur.
• Access to the program will not be granted until payment is successfully completed.

• Access begins upon successful payment and onboarding.
• AI Compliance Program: up to 6 months of access from activation.
• AI Governance Program: up to 12 months of access from activation.
• Access will automatically expire at the end of the term unless otherwise extended or renewed.

Each package includes access for the number of employees within the selected employee bracket. The Client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate employee names and email addresses.
• Ensuring access is used only by authorized employees.

Sharing login credentials or exceeding the purchased employee limit is not permitted. Vamaris reserves the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse is identified.

After purchase:

• The designated company contact will receive a registration link.
• The Client must submit employee names and email addresses.
• Vamaris will provision access and send login details to each employee.

Delays in submitting employee information may delay onboarding and access.

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to materials, all sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued once access has been granted.

All materials provided by Vamaris, including but not limited to training content, templates, tools, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Vamaris.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials internally within their organization.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell materials.
• Share materials outside your organization.
• Modify and redistribute content as your own.

Vamaris provides educational content and tools intended to support AI awareness and risk management.

• Vamaris does not provide legal advice.
• Participation does not guarantee compliance with laws or regulations.
• Clients are responsible for consulting legal or compliance professionals as needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Vamaris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the program.

Vamaris reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated.
• Payment disputes occur.
• Unauthorized use is detected.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Vamaris may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
